Is your tow vehicle a daily driver? Ours is not and plenty of times I have had to jump start the truck to use it because it sits too long between starts. Newer vehicles have electronics that are parasitic drains on the battery and you must use the vehicle at least once a week to keep battery topped off. Instead of having to remember to do this I have been using some sort of battery tender to keep the battery in tip top shape. And now it is super easy to manage…this is what I have done.
