I may have just added a new tool to my tool box that I keep in the Airstream…check it out!

This is another episode in a series of videos I am creating for my wife in case of emergency or if she decides to take the Airstream on a solo trip. It will be a step by step series from getting trailer ready to setting up campsite to getting home and putting trailer away. This is the second version of connecting to our tow vehicle because we changed the type of weight distribution hitch and sway control we originally used with our Airstream.

 

I added screen to my water heater exterior panel last week to help keep the mud daubers and spiders out of the compartment and especially the exhaust. This week I decided to do the same with my furnace exterior panel.

I have had the Camco Flying Insect Screens on my Airstream since it was new but after changing the water heater door to stainless steel I decided to come up with a much better looking solution that would eliminate the screen on the outside of the door. What do you think?
